🌀 Displaying Your Art
Display your art where the temperature is about 65-75 degrees Fahrenheit. Avoid direct sunlight. It can cause fading or discoloration over time. Keep the painting away from very moist, humid areas.
Be careful not to poke the canvas or lean anything against it! Hold it carefully by the wooden stretcher bars at the edges of the canvas.
🌀 Everyday Cleaning
Dust with a soft brush about once a month. Chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners will damage the paint.
Avoid touching the surface of the canvas because that can cause fingerprints to show. If handling is necessary, wear clean cloth gloves. Rough handling can damage the painted surface.
🌀 Storage
To store your painting, wrap it in glassine paper and keep it in a relatively dust free area. Glassine paper is a little like waxed paper, so it shouldn’t stick to the surface like regular paper or cloth will.

🌀 Transport
When transporting paintings, first wrap them in glassine paper, then in bubble wrap with the bubbles aiming away from the painted surface. Then put them in a box — a television moving box is great for large paintings. Don’t set anything on top of them. Don’t let anything touch the surface.

🌀 Summary
Be cautious when moving and hanging your new art. But once it’s safely on your wall, all you really have to do is dust it once in a while.
Enjoy!
